Kelsey Germain talks about a painful disorder--Vaginismus--that has deeply impacted her sex-life (and life in general).  She also talks about her upbringing as a Jehovah's Witness!  Moreover, we talk about pain management, how vaginismus has impacted relationships, communication, masturbation, painful pap tests, support groups, self-worth, learning your own body, self-harm, drunk sex, atheism, sexual assault, realizing your own strength, boundaries, grounding exercises and so much more!  The intro and the outro focus on my struggles with substances.  The journey continues!

Thanks for listening!
