An anonymous guest talks about growing up with a mentally ill mother and a father who wasn't around.  These childhood traumas later turned into an addiction which led her to go to a rehab centre to learn how to heal herself and live a more fulfilling life.  We also talk about non-violent communication, self-esteem, being hard on yourself, difficulty in relationships (being hyper critical of yourself, your partner and your relationship), mindfulness, meditation, depression, anxiety, and much more.

Anonymous person talks about her experience as a psych nurse and a mom who also deals with bipolar and OCD and borderline tendencies.  She's been in the psych ward as a younger person and now she works there.  (TW) We also talk about ODing in her twenties, working shitty jobs, (TW) dealing with suicidal patients, empowering people to change, the demographic of psych wards, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), (TW) Sexual abuse and incest as a child, creating our own narratives and believing them, developing a protective shell, CBT and DBT, having psychotic episodes and depressive episodes as a mom, knowing your boundaries, communication, recognizing warning signs, feeling rejected, making small changes, being kind and generous to people, meditation and mindfulness apps, and SO much more.
