Kye Plant has an intimate conversation with a different guest each episode about taboo and stigmatized subjects. The two connect on the human experience: you'll find you're able to relate to parts of everyone's story!

Often a few laughs, sometimes a few tears, but ALWAYS an honest, raw and heartfelt conversation that is guaranteed to make you feel less alone.

My guest grew up as a happy child but when she turned 8, her "happiness faded".  She felt perpetually scared of angering her father and her mother was dealing with depression.   Eventually my guest turned to self-harm as a way of coping: digging her finger nails into her skin, she felt a sense of relief.

In this episode, we discuss fear of conflict, the challenge of puberty,  fear of not being liked,  perfectionism,  feeling empowered,  needs,  fear of expressing anger,  AND MUCH more!
